Regarding trade accounts with Screwfix, I've run into a bit of a conundrum. I received a voicemail from someone asking me to ring back on a number that finishes in 611. However, if you check down the thread, you’ll see another number that someone else has posted, and that one ends in 465. It leaves me wondering - why on earth does a national chain have two or more different contact numbers for the same department? It seems a bit confusing, don’t you think?
