Had a call from this bloke, really irritating scammer. It’s one of those foreign numbers, so if you pick up, you end up paying a charge. They always say something about Utilita. Best thing is just hang up and block it straight away. The number starts with 0114. Wonder how they get hold of your info? Maybe someone rummages through your rubbish bin then soaks the paper in warm soapy water and makes some sort of papier-mâché out of it or something.

They said they were from Utilita and I honestly thought it was legit. I ended up giving them my home address since I was in the middle of moving and needed to update my details with Utilita.

Today they kept calling me again, saying my name and asking if I still pay for my electricity with a key meter. I just hung up straight away. Total scam.
