When I stood my ground, insisting they send the details by mail, they hastily hung up. It was rather alarming how much they knew about me; it felt like they were trying to lure me in. The moment I hinted at their extensive knowledge about my personal info, the conversation turned awkward, and that’s when they decided to cut the call.
