I got calls from 01143 865854 on the 3rd and again the 4th of April. The caller asked for me by name. I asked, "Who’s this then?" They said they were from broadband solutions and claimed my phone line and internet were due for renewal. I told them that my services aren’t with them at all. They kept insisting they were and that I needed to renew. I told them I'd check with BT, who supplies my phone line, and Plusnet for my broadband, then call them back. After that, the call just ended.
