Didn't pick up, number looked unfamiliar so I just let it ring out.

Got a call from 0114 386 5834, sounded like a Welsh bloke but with a Sheffield area code. He asked if I was speaking to (woman's name). I said no, then he wanted to know if I knew her. I said no again, and then he started asking about life insurance. I just hung up after that.

He was speaking so unclearly that I struggled to catch what he was saying, and after asking him to say it again a few times, I just got fed up. Since I couldn't seem to end the call any other way, I eventually had to hang up and block the number.

this number keeps ringing me non stop, but whenever i answer there's just silence, and then calls start coming from a different but alike number, so i end up blocking that one as well

After I terminated my service, the call centre rang me back claiming I had made a complaint, which was completely untrue.
