Got a call a few times from a bloke with an Indian accent, kept asking for someone specific or the manager. I’m ex-directory, so I don’t appreciate the hassle. After the third call, I lost it and told him to f##### off. He hung up but then called back, having a go at me, wondering why I wouldn’t listen. Pretty sure this number's linked to Sheffield. They've even called my mobile on a couple of occasions. Looks like it’s something to do with my energy usage, I reckon.

Got a ring from this number claiming to be from SSE about swapping out my meter. I double-checked by ringing SSE's official customer helpline, and they said it was legit - some outside contractor they use for the job.

i got a call from this number saying they needed to get into our place to swap out the gas meter. at first, they said they were from HSS Gas but when i rang back, they told me it was actually TPD?? i’ve also asked the neighbours and none of them have had any calls about this. seems fishy to me, could this be some kind of scam?
