this number is from esb energy, they ring up trying to convince you to change your energy provider. from what I can tell, they arrange a new supplier for you but then pocket all the credits. honestly, if you really want to switch, it makes more sense to do it yourself so you can actually benefit from any offers or credits the new company provides.

I picked up the phone and all I could hear was this really loud music and heavy breathing on the other end. When they finally asked if it was me, they said they were calling from some energy company.
