Said they're from some gas and electric company but gave a wrong name of who they wanted on the phone. Then asked who I was, but when I asked about the property address they couldn't tell me anything about where they were talking about regarding the gas and electric supply.

Got a call from Utilita gas & electric, they were asking for Mrs Graham. When I told them I’d got the wrong number, they asked if I was responsible for the gas and electric bills. I asked again who they wanted, they said Mrs Graham. I told them that’s not who lives here, then they just said alright, bye. What’s odd is I’m actually already a customer with them. Cold calling your own clients really sets off alarm bells for me.

Got a call from a company saying they wanted to chat about my home energy setup. Seemed a bit dodgy, like one of those sales calls trying to push services I didn't need. Just ignored it after a bit. Don't trust these cold calls much these days!
