got a missed call from this number nearby. i didn’t pick up as i didn’t know who it was. called back straight away, but after a long silence, i could hear loads of noise like in a call centre. a person eventually said ‘hello’ sounding confused, which was strange since they’d called me first. i reckon it was a call centre making outgoing calls, and they weren’t ready for me to ring them back.
