Totally a scam, claiming I qualified for some government energy rebate. I asked the lady where exactly she was ringing from, she said “Chester, Bolton” or sometin like that. She was fishing for my personal details but I didn’t give any. Then I cheekily asked her which part of India she was from, and sure enough, she just ended the call! No surprises there.
