I’ve been hit with a charge of £18.75 from this supposed Dialogue.co.uk for this month, and to add insult to injury, I’ve just received another charge of £3.75 from the same company without any explanation whatsoever. I rang up EE to sort this mess out, and their response was to direct me to the company for a refund, after admitting that they recognise this outfit as a scam. Honestly, I feel EE could have handled this more effectively; they ought to have flagged this scam and alerted their customers. It shouldn't be left to us to deal with such hassle!
