Basically it’s a call centre firm named Capita... they handle calls for well-known companies like O2, Lloyds Bank, HSBC, and others. It’s NOT a scam, just telemarketers doing their job.

Got a call from O2 customer service about renewing my contract since it’s nearly up.

I received two calls from this number, but they were very brief-just a couple of rings each time. Strangely, they didn't bother to leave a voicemail, and I couldn't see who was ringing either. Quite odd, really.

Someone saying they were from O2 called me, wanting me to change my plan. Definitely seemed like they just wanted my bank info. Watch out and don’t trust them.
