Got a call from them claiming they gave me a quote last September for seven doors and windows. Totally untrue. When I asked what kind they meant, they said UPVC, but we actually have wooden sash windows! Honestly, don’t bother dealing with these lot.

I nicely told them to take my number off their list and not to ring me again.
