It's definitely spam - the number in question (or at least it used to be) belongs to an outgoing-only line for an online toy company called Into Sales Limited. However, since 12th October 2017, it’s been hijacked by fraudsters. From what I gather, there's something dodgy going on with foreign businesses, but most of what people are experiencing are just phantom missed calls. Just to clarify, Into Sales can’t use this number to make calls, so any communication you get from it is purely a scam. Interestingly, if you do happen to ring it back, you’re likely to end up at our voicemail - which has provided a bit of amusement around the office lately! Sadly, there seems to be no way to put a stop to this nonsense. So, just a heads up if you've received any calls; block the number and keep your guard up against any unsolicited calls that might come your way over the next month.
