More recently, they've disguised themselves as representatives of "RA Legal", a business that ceased to exist back in August 2016. For the past six months, I've been inundated with their calls, not just from this number but from several others as well. Each time I make it crystal clear that I’m on the Telephone Preference Service list, I do not allow them to handle my personal data, and they are, indeed, infringing on GDPR regulations. Yet, despite my clear objections, they persist in their relentless calling.

Somebody called me about a crash I was actually involved in - bit creepy how they had all my details like the date and my number. I hope the poor sod who works for that outfit has a tough hide because I gave them a right earful before they could even cut me off. Bet that means I’ll get hassled even more, but honestly, it's kinda therapeutic to shout at some miserable nobody who clearly can’t find proper work.

Following my recent road incident, I’ve found myself bombarded by numerous calls daily from various numbers. In the beginning, I picked up a few, only to be met with the din of an office environment and a chap chattering away with someone else. I eventually managed to converse with someone who claimed to be affiliated with my insurance provider, asserting that they recognised I wasn't to blame for what happened-at which point, I called him out as a fraud. The most recent call was from a woman, who regurgitated the same nonsense about my innocence in the matter. I lost my temper and let her know exactly how fed up I was with these insurance companies pestering me, and she abruptly disconnected the line. I reckon I’ve blocked around six numbers thus far.
