I got calls from someone saying they were from EE, kept calling me mam and was pretty straight up asking if I wanted to do an ‘upgration’ to an iPhone 13. It felt a bit pushy and not very professional.

Some bloke said he was ringin from Eze to give me an upgrade. Thing is, I don’t even have a contract with EE or anything like that.
