For more than a week straight, they kept ringing me every day. Whenever I picked up, they just hung up on me. Definitely some kind of scam.

Absolutely blocked! I just got a call from this dodgy number - it was a recorded message from a mechanical voice claiming to be the HMRC, saying something about a tax evasion case linked to me. What a load of nonsense!

I just got a voicemail claiming HMRC was going to take me to court over unpaid taxes. They told me to press a number, which I’m sure is just a trick to hit you with massive charges or steal your info. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.
