They called me back and when I answered with a hello, there was no sound from their end. Then when they finally said hello, I just kept quiet. They ended up hanging up. This kind of harassment is really annoying. Isn’t there some law that stops this?

My phone buzzed from a mobile number outta nowhere. No clue where they got it from. They hung up way too quick st if I had a chance to pick up, I’d never know who it was tryna pull a scam. Usually, I don’t bother with weird numbers, but this was a work line so maybe there was a chance of some legit enquiry. Whatever they wanted, they sure didn’t get it. Proper scammy lot, total rubbish!

I’ve been getting nonstop calls from what I think is a spammer. They change the last digit on their phone number every time they ring. One call came at 1pm from a number ending in 6, then another at 3pm but it had the same number except it ended in 3. It’s been going on for weeks, maybe even months now. Proper annoying!

I called the number back and it turned out to be some company dealing with payment protection claims.
