A dodgy lot posing as DPD delivery drivers are trying their luck by asking for your bank info. They claim that they attempted to drop off a parcel at your home but got no response, and now they're insisting you pay to have it delivered. This is highly concerning and definitely a scam! I've taken the initiative to notify the Fraud Squad at the City of London Police about this. Stay vigilant, everyone!

I received a call earlier from a chap named Stuart, who claimed to be representing the lottery, much like the previous comment mentioned. I've since decided to block that Leeds number, 01137337078, and I've also notified my bank about this dubious activity.

Then she started asking for my sort code and banking info. I told her I was busy at work so she said she’d call back tomorrow to get the details. I’ve blocked the number now!

This number has rung me like 7 times over the past few days. I finally picked up today and the bloke on the other end claimed I’d won some big lottery prizes. He even said my full name and where I live, which freaked me out, so I asked where he got that info from. He said it was because of some survey I supposedly filled out - which I definitely didn’t! When asked why he didn’t know my playing habits, the guy just said he wasn’t privy to that info. Normally, big companies arm their sales reps with enough background to have a proper chat, so this felt fishy straight away and set off loads of warning bells.
