I got a call from this number even though they emailed me first. Sounds like they might be some kind of recruitment firm, but I tried searching on Google and couldn’t find any info about them, so I’m a bit iffy about whether they’re legit or not.

They said they're a recruitment agency and that they came across my CV. Thing is, the jobs they're offering are all based in Leeds, but I actually live over in Cheshire. Bit odd, really.

I received a call from a recruitment agency that I never consented to reach out to me via phone.

This person said they were Rachel calling from "Global Recruitment". They already knew a good bit about me - my name, email and even my job status. I've never come across this company before and couldn’t find anything about them online. Definitely seems fishy to me.
