The incessant ringing from this number is turning into quite the bother.

I received a call from a chap claiming he could reduce my O2 plan fees. Turned out to be a con artist, although he was notably well-prepared and spoke in a rather convincing manner. Strangely enough, he had all my details, including my full name and contract specifics. Had a strong accent reminiscent of Asian languages too.
