2 yearsA firm that installs loft insulation has been bothering me with persistent nuisance calls. It makes one wonder, why hasn't the Information Commissioner's Office taken any action against these annoying spam phone calls?Information Commissioner '2 yearsI had an interesting chat with a woman who introduced herself as Gloria, claiming to be an energy consultant from the area. She quizzed me about various topics like loft insulation and my energy expenses, asking quite a few probing questions.Gloria2 yearsGot a call from someone pretending to be Gloria or Gladys, said she’s an ‘energy advisor’ in my area. She kept asking loads of questions about my home insulation, what kind of place I lived in, even how old I was. Felt something was off, like it was a robot or some automated voice because when I spoke over her, she didn’t respond at all. Pretty sure it’s a scam trying to get me to agree to some dodgy energy-saving products, maybe those spray foam insulation deals that end up a nightmare. I just ended the call straight away.GloriaGladys2 yearsLooks like a dodgy call from overseas, I just let my answerphone pick it up and it stops them cold.2 yearsI got a voicemail, but couldn’t really hear what they were saying.2 yearsPicked up the phone and there was no one there.
