Then the caller asked if I was between 45 and 70 years old. When I said no, they just ended the call straight away.

I’m pretty sure it was spam, maybe even a scam. It sounded like there were two calls happening together or something strange like that. A woman claimed she was from the local energy company, but I’m in Northern Ireland and she had a strong Yorkshire accent, which seemed odd (although I’m English originally so it’s not impossible). When I asked which area she was from, she suddenly went silent. I just ended the call after that, so watch out for stuff like this.

There’s this clever robot named Jo, really sticks to a script. If you ask if she’s human, it even answers that. But if you say something weird or off the script, it just ends the call. Wish they had put TPS rules in the programming though... what a shame.
