Received a dodgy phone call from someone trying to get me to ring them back. Definitely smells like a scam!

When I answered the phone, I found myself at a loss for words. The person on the other end didn't say a thing, and before I knew it, the call ended abruptly. I can't shake the feeling that it was some sort of con. We've got BT Guardian set up, which clearly instructs callers to reveal who they are before proceeding.
