Somebody called claiming to be from WDH Council and asked if there was any mould or damage in my place. When I told them I'd already got this call before, they suddenly got pretty hostile. They kept banging on about how my previous chat wasn’t showing up on their system and demanded to know if there was any damage or mould in the WDH property I live in.

This guy with an Indian accent called me, asking about a £50k personal loan and debt I supposedly took out, which I never actually applied for. He insisted I had signed up for it and wanted all my personal info to verify who I am. Towards the end of the call, he even asked for my bank details, saying they needed it to send the money. Sounds like a total scam to me!

Got a call about life insurance today. I asked where they found my number and they gave me some rubbish about me searching for insurance stuff or something. Told them to take my info off their list and never ring me again. Watch out, this sounds dodgy - best to steer clear.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from Citizen Advice, telling me I owed money. Luckily, I’m debt-free so it was a bit surprising. They even asked me how much debt I had! I ended up keeping them on the line for about 15 minutes, trying to explain why I was doing it - just to stop them bothering people who might actually be in trouble and fall for this sort of SCAM. They didn’t seem to care though, even after I might’ve sounded a bit harsh!

So this number called me claiming to be from citizen advice and said I owed money. The thing is, I'm not in debt, lucky me! They even asked me how much I owed, which was a bit ridiculous. I ended up chatting with them on the phone for about 15 minutes, trying to show them why their call was suspicious and to stop targeting people who might actually fall for this kind of SCAM. Even though I was a bit blunt, they just kept going!

Yesterday, I received a rather unexpected call from a lady claiming to be from Citizens Advice, inquiring about my debt situation. I mentioned I needed a moment to tally up my figures and promised to return the call. She insisted that I wouldn’t be able to reach that number again, explaining it only functions for outgoing calls on her end. The woman’s English was a tad difficult to follow because of her accent, and, to be honest, she didn’t provide her name or any identifying details at all. Quite a curious experience, I must say!
