Got a call today from some Indian call centre, said they were from a certain telecom company (didn't give a name though). Apparently, I'd supposedly requested a callback "back in October" - which might make some sense since my workplace is looking at telecom options at the moment. They kept ringing non-stop all day, though no calls at all yesterday. I only picked up by mistake today, lucky they heard me and I heard them. Not sure if it’s a scam or what, but it felt pretty annoying and pushy.

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent claiming to be from a housing agency. Seemed fishy, like a scam right from the start. Definitely be careful if you get a similar call!

I got a call from a guy in India who spoke with such a thick accent that I could barely catch a word, even after asking him to repeat himself loads of times. Eventually, he said he was ringing about comparing energy deals. I just told him I wasn’t interested and sent him on his way with a polite goodbye!
