I received several calls from this number, but I wasn’t around to pick up. However, today (31-10-22) I finally managed to answer. The person on the line asked if I was David. When I confirmed, they proceeded to ask about lottery tickets. I informed them that I wasn't interested, at which point they abruptly ended the call. It was all rather odd, and it felt like they were just trying to fish for my bank information.

Honestly, my tip is to never share your info with these callers, it sounds way too fishy to be real. They kept going on about winning the Euro lottery and some regular lottery, like 330 messages or something crazy like that. Don’t hand over any personal details, trust me. They pretend to follow gambling rules but it’s just a trap. Don’t fall for it and get scammed!

They ring me two times almost daily and I’m fed up with it. Even though I’ve blocked the number they somehow got through and left a voice message. Not just a quick one, it was going on for almost a minute and a half. You can hear loads of noise in the background like people shouting and swearing. Honestly, Ofcom should do something and shut these lot down.

They didn’t say who they were, just asked for me using my married name - one I stopped using over a decade ago - and a short form of my first name that I absolutely hate and never go by. I told them nobody with that name lives here, and their reply was “Oh, wrong number then,” before hanging up. It’s the second time they’ve called me now. After seeing what others have said about this number, I’m definitely going to block it, just like I did with the first one they called from.

I have a sneaky suspicion that if those so-called free tickets turn up at my door, I’ll soon get a call saying I’ve bagged a prize and they’ll be after my bank details next.
