They said they were from the national debt line, but as soon as I asked for their company phone number, they just dropped the call.

So, I got a call from someone claiming to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau about a debt enquiry I supposedly made online. I never actually did any online enquiry, so that was odd. After a while, I managed to push the guy to admit he was actually calling from Pakistan, even though he kept saying he was with Citizens Advice. No clue how he got hold of my info in the first place.

Got a call from someone claiming they were from Ariva buses in Leeds, but it didn’t feel right at all. Sounded like a scam to me, so I’d steer clear of them. Definitely don’t trust any unexpected calls saying they're from that company.

Today, I got called by this number saying my mum owed £9000. They said they were from some enforcement agency and wanted cash from her. Sounded a bit dodgy to me!
