Turns out the company was set up on 6th September 2019 but hasn't filed any accounts and was warned about being struck off in December 2020. The directors had resigned in October 2020 but one was reappointed in December 2020. This person is also a director of 9 other companies, all started within the last year and a half, none of which have filed accounts either.
