I recently encountered an Indian woman carrying out a questionnaire regarding loft insulation. The survey was packed with quite a few intrusive inquiries, which leads me to think their real aim might be more about sales than genuine interest.

Got a call from these lot trying to get a surveyor out to check my loft and push some insulation deal on me. They were all aggressive and rude, talking me down and putting pressure on like I was gonna miss out on something. Proper pushy lot, just trying to scare you into buying whatever rubbish they’ve got.

I just noticed I missed a call from this number but there was no voicemail or anything. Tried looking it up online but couldn't find any reviews or info anywhere, which might mean it's nothing dodgy. Has anyone else had any dealings with this number? I even tried entering it in a few different ways but still came up empty.

I picked up and got a recorded voice saying it was One Direct or 1st Direct group, but they said no one was free to talk to me at the moment.
