watch out, these people are total scammers!

I kept getting calls from loads of numbers, all apparently coming from the same spot. I’m still at school, so couldn’t answer most of them. Later, a mate came over and we decided to ring back the missed calls just for a laugh. I had about half a dozen missed calls from one main number, and two from another. When we checked, turns out they were all flagged for criminal stuff. Plus, there was this really strange voicemail I got. I told my mate and he said he’d had something like that happen too.

After missing three calls, I finally picked up. The bloke said he was from some company, something about benefits. He wanted my new address, but I refused. Then I asked to be removed from their list, but he wasn't having it, saying it’d only take five minutes. I insisted I didn’t want to be on there, but he kept firing questions at me. Got fed up, told him to sod off and hung up. Definitely blocking that number and ignoring any future calls. Don’t bother answering, folks!

Honestly, I don’t get why after GDPR came into effect, the amount of spam calls i get has actually gone up instead of down. It’s pretty annoying. Just ended up blocking this number for good.

My girlfriend kept getting calls from this number but every time it would just ring and then cut off. Today, finally, a lady picked up, said hello really quietly, and then just hung up right away!

This number 70113 499 2155 has been nonstop calling me. Every time I answer, or the answering machine picks up, they hang up straight away and start ringing back again. I ended up with about 20 voicemail messages, but all were completely silent! Quite annoying honestly.

Got a couple of missed calls from the same phone within like two minutes. When I answered the next one, it was some pointless survey that said it’d only take a couple of minutes but ended up wasting that time just trying to figure out who I was. Hung up straight away and blocked the number, but they seem to have loads of similar ones because I’m still getting calls from loads of 0113 499 prefixes. Just blocking them as they come now.

Somebody rang me who had both my mobile and landline numbers, and even knew my name. Bit creepy really!
