I got a letter from snmarketing services saying I’m supposed to get £1575 from Littlewoods, but they want me to pay them £378.14 as their fees, which is like 20% or something of what they’re claiming for me. Tried ringing them, but the phone just doesn’t work at all.

I got a ring about some kind of refund from a PPI thing, but then they told me I had to pay to get the money back. Sounded dodgy to me, so I just told them no and ended the call.

We keep getting letters from these lot saying we owe money for some PPI payout from M&S that we never got in the first place. Now they're threatening to add £50 an hour extra to what we supposedly owe if we don't pay up. What’s the best way to handle this? And seriously, don’t send any money to that company or phone number!

This bloke called saying he was John or something, but he was proper rude and arrogant. Kept shouting over me and didn’t even bother to listen when I tried to answer. Then he started threatening to send “people around” which was just bizarre and a bit frightening.

Received a text saying I owe money and that they're gonna send debt collectors after me. Pretty worried now.

I got a text about owing money that I’m sure I don’t. I rang the number but no one picked up, just some recorded message that kept me waiting on the line, so I ended up hanging up. Then later, I got another message telling me to ignore the first one. It all seems pretty strange to me.
