I received a call from them, and they were quite insistent on obtaining my banking information. Naturally, I refused to provide any details. The caller claimed they could facilitate a refund from my insurance, but what raised my suspicions was their knowledge of a premium payment for a policy I had already terminated. The woman just rambled on, and it felt very off to me. She mentioned she’d ring me again next week, but I shan’t be picking up.
