They promised me a phone upgrade that would supposedly cut my current contract costs in half. On top of that, they offered a free phone worth £100 that I could keep or give away. They didn’t even know which iPhone model I was using, even tho they said they’d sold it to me originally. I’d just switched with Vodafone recently, but they insisted that switching contracts wouldn’t cost me anything extra.
