Got a call from this number today which I wasnt expecting. I ignored it first but then rang back using my number hidden. Some bloke answered, name wasnt clear as he spoke pretty quick, maybe something like BB homecare? Felt like just another annoying cold caller trying to push stuff on me I dont want. Have blocked the number now...

A woman said she was calling from "SOLAR HUB" and asked if I wanted to know more... I just told her "Not interested" and hung up straight away. Had a few calls like this before. Feels like an energy con to me.

I saw a couple of posts here about how to put an end to these scam calls. It’s not gonna be easy and will need some commitment, but I’ve started reporting every suspicious call and text to the police database. Problem is, it’ll take loads of folks doing the same before any real action is taken. Loads of people report scam calls on this site every single day. I got a reply from my MP which was quite telling, but honestly, it’s gonna need way more than just me asking questions to make a difference.

This lady claimed to be from some info centre but called me using a name I hadn’t used in like 20 years. When I asked her about it she just said she probably had the wrong number and then hung up on me. Really odd.

Got a call from this number earlier but didnt pick up. Rang it back using a private number and a woman named ‘jessie’ answered asking ‘how can i assist you today’. She didnt say what company she was representing or give any details about her business. Based on other reviews and this call, seems like classic cold calling. Ive blocked the number now.

I got a call today from someone who sounded Indian, said he could help me find a job and then asked about my current pay.
