2 yearsI reckon it was some bloke trying to sound like a posh lady from down south. They said they were from an energy firm wanting to speak to the homeowner. Before they got too far, I said hang on, I’m not the owner, it’s a council flat. Still, they went on asking if I had Rockwool or whatever. I told them again, it’s a council place and they look after the loft. They just kept saying hello, hello, then I said yeah, hello?
