I've been receiving a fair few pesky calls from this number lately.

I received a call claiming to be from O2, discussing my contract and proposing an enticing 50% reduction on what I currently pay. Without a shadow of a doubt, it felt like a scam!

Well, would you believe it, O2 has called me twice today! The other call came from a London number, 02045996873, which I’m definitely blocking now. I’m not with O2 and never will be - they don’t even get a signal where I live.

I got a call from someone claiming to be EE, but I wasn’t having any of it. I told them I wasn’t interested and hung up straight away, then blocked the number so they don’t bother me again.

They said they were from O2 but their English was really poor.

Got a couple of calls from this number on my mobile but decided not to pick up cos I guessed it might be a spam call. Checked it out here and yep, seems like it’s just another spammer.

This number says it’s from the phone provider Three, but with nearly 60 searches today alone, it’s pretty clear they’re up to no good. Definitely watch out and put a block on them!

Someone pretending to be from O2 called me but as soon as they said I don’t have an O2 account I just ended the call. Clearly a scam.
