Loads of calls from Indian folks with very British sounding names, ringing me up to do some dodgy "survey" that’s just a way to gather your info. They’ll call like 5 or 6 times daily. Don’t answer! You can’t block the numbers - if you manage to block one, they just switch to another. If you try to ask them to take you off their list or even talk, they just hang up and call back within an hour. It’s proper harassment, and whoever’s behind this should definitely be reported.

got a call from this number and they wanted to talk to me, said the call was being recorded, then read out a postcode and first line of an address, asked me to confirm if it was right. When I asked why they needed to know, they just hung up. The postcode they gave was off by one digit, the first line was from an old address, not where I’ve actually lived since 2014.

Annoying telemarketer ringing me non stop. I told them to take me off their list, but the guy on the phone had no clue where they found my info.

I got a call from this number today and, obviously, I hit ignore. Within a mere five minutes, another call came in from a different number (01134579783). The only thing that changed was the final two digits. I promptly blocked that one as well, but surprise, surprise! It rang yet again, this time from (01134579779). It's rather irritating, to say the least, how they keep switching the last digits!

I usually dont pick up calls from numbers I dont know but was waiting for a call and it surprised me. The guy wanted me to do a survey and somehow he already knew my name and address which was weird. I didnt confirm if the stuff was right and told him no thanks. He was really pushy and quite rude too! Ended up hanging up and blocked the number straight away.

I couldn’t catch a single word except my name. So, I chose to mess about with them by putting the whole call on YouTube, answering the most ridiculous questions they never even asked. Proper annoying lot, honestly hate these callers!!

They've been ringing me nonstop for months and I just ignore any number I don’t recognise. Now I got a text from them saying they can't talk right now. Bit weird, right? Feels like they’re trying to make me think I called them somehow!

I received a call from a lady whose accent was surprisingly difficult to understand. She inquired if I lived at my old postcode and insisted she wasn’t trying to sell me anything. Then she had the audacity to ask me which age group I fall into. I decided not to respond to that one, and as she continued to ramble on, I just hung up and blocked the number. Quite the nuisance, I must say!

I keep gettin calls from loads of 0113 457 XXXX numbers and even when I block one, they just ring from another. They just rang me again and when I told them to take me off their list, they just cut me off mid sentence!

They call me around 5 times daily, always looking for a Mrs Lewis (which isn't me). I finally picked up this morning after ignoring them for months and told them to remove my number from their list, and they said they would. Yet, I've had 6 more calls since then.

I wouldn't pick up calls from unknown numbers. If you’re unsure, just do a quick google search on the number to find out who’s calling. Once you pick up, your number could end up being shared with loads of other businesses and people as someone who actually answers, so expect more calls after that. I just block these types of numbers without even bothering to answer.

Got loads of calls from an automatic dialler. Best to just not pick up and block it straight away.
