Got a really annoying call saying I required a hearing aid because of my old job. How on earth do they find out such private details?

I had an encounter with a hearing aid firm that seemed rather desperate for clients. They claimed that due to my previous work, a hearing assessment was mandatory and even suggested I might be eligible for a refund. I firmly stated that I wasn’t keen on the idea, yet they persisted in insisting that it was essential. In the end, they abruptly ended the call when they grasped that I wasn’t going to be swayed. Quite the unwelcome hassle!

Keeps calling but never bothers to leave a message. Turns out it’s a company peddling hearing aids. They’ve cottoned on to the fact that I’m gearing up to head to court to file a claim for my hearing loss against a previous employer.
