got a call from intelligent business services, they just wanted to talk to the business owner and wouldn’t say what it was about. i told them i wasn’t passing the call on and ended the call there!

Got a call from Harriett Intelligence Business transfer on 20/6, I picked up but as soon as they realised I wasn’t the director they just refused to talk and said they’d send an email. Didn’t say much about who they were or the reason for calling. They rang again on 21/6 but I just hung up when I answered. Tried calling the number back on 20/6, spoke to Harriett, told her I’m not the director and she just ended the call on me.

If she couldn’t say who she was or what it was about, I wasn't putting her through. She was quite rude, honestly! I did a 1471 and, to my shock, the number matched. Found this site after that - it’s mad how many calls like this happen every week. It’s so annoying and eats up loads of time when you’re trying to get on with work!
