It kicks off with the line, ‘this isn’t a sales call,’ but let’s be honest, we all know that’s just code for a pitch, isn’t it? The chap then rambled on about some government adjustments regarding pensions and whatnot, before probing me about whether I possess any of the pensions he mentioned. I requested to have my details taken off their list, so time will tell if they actually comply.
