I'm fed up with incessant calls regarding solar batteries. The pitch is always the same: "Say goodbye to your electric bills forever!" The chap who rang me clearly thought I was some sort of simpleton for not jumping at the offer, and frankly, I could use my pennies elsewhere. When I asked to speak to his manager to lodge a complaint, he just kept me on the line without any intention of passing me along. It’s incredibly frustrating!

Received a call from someone purporting to represent an energy firm. The chap had a northern accent and was attempting to sound quite friendly, but truth be told, I've never reached out to them prior to this.

The answering machine got to it before I could, and then they hung up. I'm quite relieved I didn't pick up. I don't know anyone in Leeds at all.
