Got a call from Eco Solutions about their solar batteries, claiming I'd never have to pay for electricity again. The guy on the phone called me brain dead because I don’t have their product and said I should be grateful since I need every penny. When I asked to speak to his manager to complain, they just left me hanging on hold and never put me through. Proper annoying!

Got a call from a bloke with a northern accent pretending to be from an energy firm. He spoke like he knew me already, but I’ve never dealt with them before. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

The phone went straight to the answering machine and then they just hung up. Lucky I didn’t pick up, as I’ve got no ties to Leeds whatsoever.
