Just got a call about bitcoin nonsense, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number. What a waste of time.

I didn't pick up since I wasn't sure who it was, then suddenly this bloke starts yelling 'hello madam' with all sorts of noise in the background. Ended up just hanging up and blocking the number.

I’ve had this number, 01133668279, ring me loads and it’s the third time I’ve blocked a number from them. They keep on about bitcoins, which I’m not interested in. When I told the last person to stop calling me, she just brushed it off saying, “darling, you signed up,” which is total nonsense. Really annoying!

I just tried to ring that number again, and it told me it's The Directory! Can you believe it? It jolted me awake earlier, so I thought I’d give it a go!

I received a call from someone purporting to be situated in London, yet their number displayed was an 0113, which is for Leeds. Strangely, this caller seemed baffled when asked about the current ‘Tier’ situation in London, and had no clue about the Covid Tiers across the UK. Honestly, it felt like he’d been living under a rock for the past nine months or perhaps he’d just flown in from a totally different country! In any case, I wasn't about to divulge any of my financial details until he could rectify those glaring gaps in his knowledge. In the end, he claimed he was too busy for this nonsense and abruptly ended the call! If you can, play a little game with them; otherwise, just hang up and make sure to report the number!

Had an interesting call from a chap identifying himself as James Aliston from some book club or another. Sounded quite tipsy if I’m honest. He hung up rather abruptly, so I’m left wondering what that was all about.
