Got loads of calls from Improved Financial Solutions about a missed payment for Sky. At first I thought it was just another sales call, so I kept dodging them. But when I finally picked up, the person was surprisingly polite and handled things quite swiftly. They were really persistent though. This happened around early December 2020.
