My phone keeps ringing non stop, no matter if it’s day or night. I struggle with mental health and I’m quite vulnerable, so I just let it go to voicemail and don’t pick up. They’re just third-party scammers, I don’t trust them at all. They’re preying on innocent people, which is awful. We live on prepaid here - HJR-192 according to the birth certificate CQV act 1666. Absolutely fed up with these calls at all times of the day. Vanguis keeps ringing this number, but I’m also getting calls from Freshstart about the same debt, which is actually with Provident. I’ve told them all politely to shove off because I suffer from anxiety, and having to pick up these annoying calls is really upsetting. I don’t have caller ID on my phone, so I can’t just ignore calls in case it’s important. My family now ring three times and hang up so I know it’s them. What a terrible company to deal with. They keep bothering me about a £253 debt for Sky, supposedly from seven years ago, linked to an address I've never even had anything to do with. My name's quite common, so I reckon they’re just picking people at random to dump debts on. I asked them back in January 2017 to provide proof of the debt or any contract, but I’ve never received anything. I’ve now reported them to the FCA and other proper bodies and am waiting to hear back. Meanwhile, Vanquish still won't stop ringing and texting me non stop.

Watch out for Vanquish debt collectors - best to avoid them altogether. They kept bugging me about some old Sky bill, sending nonstop messages, calls and emails. I kept telling them I’d settled everything years ago, it was just a small amount of about £60 from over five years back. Eventually, I just stopped replying. My advice: if you don’t recognise a number, especially if it’s blocked or withheld, don’t pick up.
