Totally a scam. Got a voicemail from a woman’s voice saying something like: "...of record to call us back. This matter is urgent. I’m Officer Dennis Quay from HM Revenue and Customs. The direct line to my team is 0113 328 1239. That's 0113 328 1239, I repeat. Don’t ignore this message, make sure you ring us back. If neither you or your solicitor contact us, be prepared for legal action. Goodbye and take care." Honestly, it sounds dodgy and not legit at all.

Someone called Christopher Casey pretending to be from HMRC. He threatened me with a court case over unpaid taxes from 2011 to 2018. He gave me some reference numbers to note down and told me to get a solicitor because a court summons might be coming.
