Not the nicest person to chat with, you can tell she’s just plain fed up with her job. When I asked her to stop calling me, she just brushed it off so I just ended the call. She’s rang me a few times after that but I just don’t pick up anymore.

I've never taken out a loan or used credit cards, just stick to my debit card. Whats with all these calls where no one even talks? If you ring again, I'll give you a two word answer - "turn off".

They had the audacity to claim they were endorsed by the Government, but when I pressed them on it, they backtracked, saying they were merely on an "approved list." When I inquired about their website, they suddenly distanced themselves from any government ties. Strangely, they couldn't provide their company name nor clarify whether they were regulated or not. They flatly refused to give me an FCA number or even their regulatory status. It's painfully clear this is a disgraceful scam, targeting individuals who might not know any better, potentially robbing them of their hard-earned pension savings. The FCA imposes hefty fees on Financial Advisers, and unfortunately, those costs end up being passed on to clients. It’s disheartening that they haven’t yet cracked down on these fraudulent operations that have been lurking around for ages, hopping from one scam to another. If sharing my experience helps even one person safeguard their life savings, then perhaps I can consider it a meaningful contribution for the day. Always ensure you’re speaking with someone who’s officially recognised by the FCA to protect yourself from bad advice.

These pension fraudsters operate without any regulation. It’s mad no authorities seem to step in and shut them down. Seriously, all their actions and words break the law completely.

I got called by this number like 4 times, so I tried calling back three times, but no one talked like them. Then they started accusing me of wasting their time and said it was pointless. Number showed up as unknown.

Somebody said they were from some pension company, asking me questions about my pension and said I was on their list but hadn’t received any updates yet. I told them if they had my info, just send me the details then. The woman had a strong Indian accent, which I don’t usually have trouble with, but this time it was really hard to follow what she was saying.

Got a call from an asian bloke asking questions about my pension, and he got really annoying when I told him I’d call the police for harrassment.

Just hang up, block the number and report it straight away.

Got a ring on my mobile from this number around 6 in the evening. I answered with a quick hello but all I got was silence for a bit, then some bloke with an Asian accent said my maiden name. I asked him who he was with and he said something about UK pensions. I told him that sounded dodgy and next thing, he just ended the call! If it was for real, he surely would’ve told me why he was calling. Pretty sure it’s just spam - supposedly from UK Pensions.

They actually knew both my first and last name, which was a bit strange. The caller was extremely polite. I picked up as I’d just recently come across a contact from the same area code, and thought it might be them calling.

When he rang back, I answered and a different guy said they must have mixed up the name. I told him how rubbish their little outfit was and to quit messing about with my time. I got a call from an Indian woman whose accent was pretty hard to follow and oddly enough, she had the same name as me. She said she was ringing from a government-related organisation about some new law changes but wouldn’t tell me what they were. She kept saying their records showed I had a pension, then started asking loads of questions like whether I had a workplace or private pension. After a while, I told her to either explain what the law change was about or stop pestering me with pointless questions.
