They claimed to be from British Gas Lite, but when I asked for an email, they flat out refused. Then got all aggressive and started yelling when I told them my manager was tied up. They rang me up four times in just three days, getting ruder with each call. Even threatened to disconnect our office electricity if I didn’t pass the call on. If that’s how BGL operate, they seriously need to rethink their staff!
