It seems like these individuals, who presumably have plenty of funds at their disposal, decided to leave us a voicemail asking for someone we’ve never even heard of. They've been trying to reach us on various numbers, but honestly, it’s become quite a nuisance. We can't get them to stop reaching out, so I suggest they think about changing their mobile number instead!

Our boy had fallen behind on payments for his Burton's card, which is managed by GE Money, hence the connection with the number we've just received a call from. Strangely enough, there was no response from them, so it seems they must have struck gold by reaching someone who answered. You see, the system operates in such a manner that when you respond to a call, it records the exact date and time, essentially marking you as a prime candidate for future contact!

It appears that this is G E Money. We've set up direct debits for our payments, and this month they’ve bombarded us with phone calls five times already. We're absolutely up to date with our payments, as everything is handled directly through the bank. Honestly, they’re nothing but a hassle. It seems to be GE Money that's been trying to recoup funds from folks, even those who aren't late with their payments. These blokes just keep ringing, which is pretty infuriating! Our suggestion? Either ignore their calls entirely or pick up and then simply hang up. Yesterday, we received a call from this number, and it turned out to be a recorded voice asking us to confirm our names. It astonishingly went on to claim that impersonating someone was illegal and then proceeded to ask for our date of birth! It’s downright bizarre. First, a machine calls me, accuses me of alleged wrongdoing, and then tries to fish for sensitive information. We promptly hung up and would strongly recommend that no one shares any personal data over the phone. You never know who might be on the other end!

Without a doubt, it’s GE Money since I've just had a chat with them. The reason these callers are silent is that they tend to ring several people simultaneously; if another person answers first, your call goes mute. If you're not keen on those relentless calls, the best suggestion is to ditch the card altogether!
