Got a call from this number around 8:30 in the morning. Picked up and heard a woman’s voice, but then the line just went silent. I’ve blocked the number now.

Somebody called me and didn't say who they were right away, just jumped straight into asking for my private details. I wondered why and they said it was for "market research." When I told them I didn't want to answer and asked them to take me off their list, they just shouted "no" and slammed the phone down.

Got a call early morning around 8, this woman was yelling and I couldn’t make out what she was saying. I picked up since the number looked local and I’m keeping an eye on my elderly patient in the hospital. Told her to stop ringing me and she just hung up straight away.

Got a call from 0113 269 8649, some bloke with an Indian accent saying there’s an issue with my life insurance because some folks hadn’t paid up ‘cos of the coronavirus. He said I needed to update my policy. When I asked for proof and started questioning him, he got a bit rude. Then he claimed he wasn’t from the insurance firm but worked with Martin Lewis’s Money Saving Team. I asked how I could check that for real and he just ended the call on me. Proper dodgy!

Got a call where the bloke just said “Bath” - no clue what that was all about, probably some nutter! 😂😁 Looks like a dodgy thing, the firm involved went into compulsory strike off back in 2018, actually dissolved and all. Name of the firm: Misu company, they pretend to be building consultants. The Romanian guy in charge is Puiu Mihai, born 1978, owns 75% of the shares. Their recorded company house number is 11945444. The phone number links to the address: 9, Stainburn View, Leeds LS17 6PS. If they bother me again with this nonsense I’ll be shouting “No shower!” at them! Haha, what a muppet!

I've had calls from this number quite a few times lately. They rang again just last night, which I really don't appreciate as I'm quite old and don't like being disturbed late at night. The phone only rings for a brief moment and then hangs up before I even get a chance to pick up!

I'm pretty sure they just ring to check if the number is active, then end up bombarding you with spam or selling your details to other scammy calls. Best thing is to just block and ignore them! Absolute nuisance!

It took a bit for him to get through, then some bloke with an asian accent asked to speak to "the person in charge of the company." I gave him a private number and he just hung up.
